In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

Additional facilities including an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a steam room and a fitness room are available for some apartments and at an additional cost.

After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost.

Room rates include accommodation, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, 2 bathrobes, beds made on arrival, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), basic Wifi, TV, all taxes and fees (except for the local tax ). Use of the well-being facilities of each property, the heated outdoor pool, saunas, hammams, hot tubs and fitness room is also included.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

If you come by train, funicular is offered. Open every day from 7.30am to 9pm and until 11pm on Thursday. Funicular to Arc 1600 then free shuttles to the other sites in the resort of Les Arcs.

Guests have access to the infrastructures offered within the building to which they are attached. Guests of Prince des Cîmes or Hameau du Glacier buildings have access to the only indoor pool of the residence. Guests of Manoir Savoie or Chalet des Lys buildings have access to the only outdoor pool with a Mont Blanc view. Guests in other buildings have access to outdoor pools with no view only.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
