Discover "HOLAVRE", a family apartment on the ground floor with terrace and private parking! 2 minutes drive from a supermarket, 5 min from the beaches, as well as Pointe d'Arradon. You have 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds. Its location both quiet and central, close to all amenities will make this property the ideal asset of your stay. Please remember that you are staying in a property offered by an individual to the Airbnb community. This is not a hotel and we do not claim to have the same standing, although we do our best to improve the experience of our guests. Please respect the site, your environment and the neighbourhood. If there is a problem, I will do my best to act as quickly as possible. IMPORTANT, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION. INFORMATION ON HOUSEHOLD LINEN Linen in the accommodation is provided ONLY for the double bed. It includes: - 2 pillowcases - duvet cover - flat sheet - pillows - duvet - 1 towel per person - 1 rag - 1 bath mat Regarding single beds, linen and towels are optional, regardless of the number of travelers. HOUSING ARRANGEMENTS - Make the dwelling in a suitable condition; - The refrigerator must be emptied when you leave; - Dishes must be washed and stored - Close the shutters and windows when you leave; - Have not damaged, broken or stolen anything; - Take out the garbage when you leave (see location in the welcome booklet); - Put the linen at the foot of the bed on departure - Maximum departure at 11am, unless otherwise stated. We would like to remind all our travelers that any prostitution activity is strictly illegal and prohibited in our homes. We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities. Thank you for respecting our rules and helping to maintain a safe and legal environment for all our guests.

- Smoking is strictly forbidden in the accommodation: 100€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.

- Return the accommodation in a suitable condition;

- The fridge must be emptied on departure: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.

- Dishes must be washed and put away: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.

- Garbage cans must be emptied (see location of rubbish bin/containers in the welcome booklet: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.

- Close windows on departure;

- Do not damage, break or steal anything;

- Maximum departure time 11 a.m., unless otherwise specified. Any departure after the arrival of the cleaning service will incur a 50€ deduction from the security deposit.

- Avoid noise after 10 p.m. to respect the neighbors;

- It is forbidden to sleep in a bed without complete bed linen (pillowcases, comforter cover, sheet). 50€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.

Please validate the deposit before 7pm on the day of arrival to guarantee access to the accommodation. After 7pm, staff will no longer be able to provide access to the accommodation if the deposit has not been previously validated.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
