Property information

This tastefully furnished holiday home in a rural setting offers a fantastic, 180° panoramic view of the sea. The spacious living room, the well-equipped kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms offer excellent comfort for a large family or small group of friends on two living levels. On the 80 sqm terrace surrounding the house, which is equipped with comfortable lounge furniture, you can enjoy a wonderful, unobstructed view of the sea at any time of day. The beautiful beaches of Plouescat (Keremma, Porsmeur) and the white sandy beach of Les Amiets in Cleder are practically the same distance (approx. 4.5 km). An ideal location for your Brittany holiday! Very close by is the picturesque town of Roscoff with its lively harbor, a spa complex known throughout France and its numerous creperies and fish restaurants. You can take the boat to the offshore island of Batz, where there is, among other things, a lush palm garden. Beyond the Bay of Morlaix is the beautiful Pink Granite Coast, which is definitely worth a trip.
