Note that towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 40 euros to be paid on site. Additional information : - 80 m² with 2 bedrooms accommodating up to 4 guests. - Equipped with modern amenities including dishwasher, microwave, and kettle. - Garden with furniture, barbecue, swing, and mountain views. - Cleaning can be arranged for 40 euros; renter must do the cleaning at the end of stay. - Parking included in the price; no smoking indoors, pets not allowed. - Bed linen, towels, and tourist tax are included in the rental price.
