Has that home from home feeling as you walk in. Drop your bags and relax. Large well equipped kitchen & utility room with separate WC, spacious lounge diner. First floor two double bedrooms, bathroom with free standing bath, shower cubicle, WC and vanity sink. Stairs lead up to a large loft bedroom with king size bed, reading nook, dressing area and an en-suite wc & vanity unit. There is no outside space but all amenities on your doorstep. Bars serving food, supermarket,butchers and a lake.
Centrally located in the popular and friendly village of Chaillac. A short walk from the house is the village square with a couple of bars serving food. Other amenities include a cafe, boulangerie, butchers, pharmacy, brocante/antique shop, small supermarket and in the summer themineral museum os open. The lake is a short walk from the house, apart from a peaceful stroll around the lake, there are picnic benches, a beach with childrens play area, swimming areaand you can go fishing (permit required) . Chaillac is a great base for exploring the beautiful area.
