100% Authentic Mazet of 35m2 with terrace of 50m2 on a garden of 7 ares for 3 people maximum, it is composed as follows: -A cozy living room with electric stove, turntable, speakers, dining table for 3 people and a reversible comfort sofa for 1 person - A kitchen overlooking the living room with an oven, microwave, hob, toaster, nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. You can prepare good meals on site! - A bedroom area with a comfort double bed that can be closed or open to the living room - Covered exterior with dining table, swing, deck chairs, outdoor shower and charcoal barbecue. - An independent bathroom at Le Mazet with shower, toilet and stunning views (To access it, it is necessary to go out on the covered terrace.) You can park up to 2 cars along the Mazet on the closed and secure grounds. Important: This place in the countryside and in the evening falling insects can be present from where all the windows are equipped with mosquito nets, A lamp to attract them is at your disposal and we advise in the evening when you enjoy the terrace to close the door of it. This place is not equipped with wifi or television. Our friends the animals are welcome, just make us the request. supplement of 19 Euro/ animals and for the whole stay. Important: Following numerous damages caused by travelers, you will be asked to sign a rental contract as well as the presentation of an identity document.
