Lots of character for this house 1 hour from the Landes beaches. The gite occupies the main facade (housing reserved for the owner at the back with independent access). Ground floor: Fitted kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer), dining area, living room (TV, DVD player). Washing machine. Shower room, wc, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160). Stage. 2 bedrooms (2 90 cm beds, 1 160 cm bed which can be converted into 2 single beds). Shower room, wc. Mezzanine (sofa bed, library). Electric heating in supplement. Enclosed grounds, partly covered private terrace, garden furniture, gas griddle. Linens provided. Wi-Fi Internet. Provision of free bicycles.
