Come and enjoy the beach of Longeville sur mer, in this single storey HOUSE located in the village of Bernard 5 km from the large fine sand beach. You will be able to take advantage of the beautiful living room to relax in the living room with sofa and television, all opening through a bay window on the equipped terrace, on the other side a living area opens onto the well-equipped and incorporated American kitchen. . Located in a small village 900m from the entrance to Longeville-sur-Mer, about 6 km from the large fine sand beach of Longeville, le Rocher, near the 650 hectares of state forest, numerous hiking trails signposted, 1 fitness trail with 30 stations and exercises, 1 nature trail "from the land to the sea", equestrian circuit in the forest, cycle circuit on the coast, and especially its 6 km fine sand beach supervised. You can practice there kit-surfing, surfing at manusurf, paddleboarding, at the French sailing school. Without forgetting the visit of the Poitevenin marsh with its guinguette. You will be 10 minutes from the Indian Forest course, acrobranch course and the O'gliss water park. If you have to wander around for a day, don't forget to visit the great course of Puy du Fou, and its cinescénie. Les sables d'olonne and its embankments are 15 km away, la rochelle 80 km , and children will be delighted to discover the chateau de la guignardière, the chateau de Talmont, the Zoo des Sables.
