This beautifully restored house welcomes you for a 100% fun holiday: swimming pool (heated) and 4-seater spa (extra charge of euros100) to share with the second gîte! The gîte is labelled Tourism and Handicap (swimming pool not suitable for people with reduced mobility). Ground floor: living room/lounge/equipped kitchen (fireplace/stove with wood billing according to quantity consumed: euros70/stere), 1st bedroom (140 cm bed), shower room/wc. Upstairs: 2nd bedroom (2 single beds), 3rd bedroom (160 cm bed), shower room, wc. WIFI. Electric heating (extra charge depending on the meter). Private enclosed garden of 500 m² (part of which is enclosed by hedges), bicycle shelter. Play area with swing and slide (wooden frame) shared with the second gîte. POOL OPENING: 10/05 to 30/09 (depending on the weather). Non-smoking cottage. On the borders of Touraine and Sarthe, everything here is designed to transform your stay into a pure vacation. You will succumb to the joys of the heated swimming pool to share with a second cottage. This will contribute to making your days an addition of wonderful moments of well-being, from which you will emerge relaxed, rested, serene.
