Beautiful countryside view for this vacation rental, all on one level, offering a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with fireplace. 1 bedroom with 2 80x200 beds that can be twinned (sheets provided and beds made on arrival) with its private bathroom (shower and toilet), the second bedroom also offers 2 80x200 beds that can be twinned (sheets provided and beds made on arrival) and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Complete baby equipment is provided. Very beautiful garden of 400 m² at the front with terrace covered by a pergola, garden furniture, barbecue and 4 deckchairs. Free parking available. Pets are allowed (except in the bedrooms). The owner's house is right next door. You will have the pleasure of meeting Mouski, our Labrador cross Newfoundland who adores his peers and our friends the cats.

Just 9 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast and very close to the Rance Valley, this vacation rental combines calm and well-being. You will be seduced by its authentic and warm interior and its trendy decoration, entirely designed by Catherine. Below, there is a wood where you can see a doe or a roe deer from time to time. The land is not enclosed and we have an eight-year-old Newfoundland Labrador dog named "Mouski". 10 km from Dinan, a fortified town with its castle, cobbled streets, half-timbered houses and craftsmen's shops. 13 km from Dinard, a renowned seaside resort and 20 km from the famous privateer city of St-Malo.
