28m2 studio, small, very bright cocoon with all the necessary comfort to welcome you in good conditions.On the 3rd floor without elevator. Very close to the CHU, the banks of the Isère and the city center, getting around is easy, by walking or by tram, stop right next door. The street has free parking and secure parking (museum parking is 650m away)

L'Ile verte is a village within the city, with all the shops at the foot of the building. (grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, bank...) Tram stop nearby.
