Cocoonr agency offers this magnificent 160 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 people. The 3-bedroom house has been tastefully renovated, furnished and decorated, and boasts a stunning sea view. We look forward to welcoming you! The accommodation consists of : - An 80 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood not provided) - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, hob... Upstairs: three bedrooms: two bedrooms each with a queen-size bed (160×200) and one bedroom with two single beds. Two bathrooms: one en suite to one bedroom and one separate for the other two. Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival - Two separate toilets - A beautiful 40 m² garden with terrace and furniture to enjoy sunny days For use if need be : barbecue, washing machine, table and iron. The house is ideally located in Damgan, in a very pleasant environment. You can enjoy being close to all commodities but also shops, restaurants, bars, markets… Located at the foot of the coastal trails and 50m from the beach, all leisure activities are within your reach.
