A living room with kitchen open to the fully equipped : oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, kettle, toaster. Two separetes rooms : 1st bedroom with double bed 160x200 and bathroom with bath. 2nd bedroom: 1 bunk bed 90×190 and 1 double bed 140×190, 1 simple bed 90x190, large dressing. 2nd bathroom with shower. 2 balconies: 1st city side and 2nd mountain side with a large table. Baby bed available. Free parking.

The apartment is located in a beautiful new residence with access to the swimming pool and garden. 1 minute walk from the bus station, 6 minutes walk from the raimway station and 10 minutes walk from the beach.
