Fully renovated air conditioned villa offering 3100sqft (310m2) of living space welcoming 10 people. Situated on a hill, within 24 acres of land, the villa offers stunning views across vineyards, forests, hills and the mediterranean sea. 5 double bedroom en-suite with views, 2 lounge areas, a TV area, and a large american kitchen opening onto the dining room. Heated swimming pool, fully equipped summer kitchen with pizza/bread oven and lounge, wifi access, gym and 3 work desks. EV charger. Air conditioning in all rooms WiFi throughout: 200 to 50Mb downstreams and upstreams. Ok for TV streaming and video calls. 5G network in the area. 3 desks with screens and a printer are at your disposal. An outdoor gym, terrain de petanque, table soccer, darts, 2 football goals, badminton net and PS3 are at your disposal The house being situated in a secluded and quiet area, it means the following: - Water: The water is coming from a stream on our land. The water is treated via UV and filters, but it is not drinkable. Drinkable water is provided on the american fridge freezer and on the water dispenser in the summer kitchen. - Access to the house is done via a 2.5km gravel road that is used by firemen. It is not suitable for low cars like sport cars. - The land is organised in typical “restanques” terraced land, which can be dangerous for small children left alone - Our caretaker / gardner lives that the entrance of the land Full house handbook provided after booking
