----- 2 HOUSES ----- Relax in the peace and quiet of the countryside a few kilometers from Auvergne. We are private owners of an estate consisting of two adjoining three-story houses and a spa room. ///// The JARDIN JURESIEN house is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. It has a large uncovered terrace. Heating: pellet stove and electric radiator. There is also a mobile air conditioning system. Free Wi-Fi connection, TV in the living room. The master bedroom is equipped with a claw-foot bathtub and TV with Netflix only. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and dishwasher. There is no washing machine. Capacity: 6 people +1 baby in a bed brought or rented. ///// The MEMA house is equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet. Access to some rooms may be restricted in the case of rental for a small number of people (with a price that is also reduced). The house is heated with a reversible air conditioner and electric heaters. Free Wi-Fi connection, TV in the living room with Netflix but without television channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and dishwasher. There is no washing machine. There is no freezer. Capacity: 7 people + 1 baby in a bed provided. ///// Both houses have a lovely view of the mountain and the quiet garden on one side, and the road on the other side. In front of the house, you have the large green garden with a few fruit trees. This garden is shared with the owners and neighboring tenants. A small stream flows along the edge of the property. We have a Spa room equipped with a jacuzzi (heated in winter) and a sauna. Rental possible with the option of a spa and sauna with unlimited access or without access to the spa room (cheaper). For persons not mentioned in the reservation a surcharge will be payable upon arrival.

-------------------- The hosts ------------ The two semi-detached houses are about 100 years old and were completely renovated in 2018 and 2020. They served as a home for the owners' family. They were inhabited by a family with children for the last few years. The two houses are now offered for rent by these private owners who take good care of them to keep them in good condition. -------------------- The garden is shared with the owners and the tenant neighbors. You have private access to your house and a private terrace. We invite you to read the description of each house and the conditions of use of the spa room. You can rent with access to the spa and jacuzzi or without. The jacuzzi is heated only in winter. ///// ANIMALS ///// Pets are accepted with a extra charge per stay. //DEPOSIT// The deposit must be paid before your stay.

---------- Around the house -------------- Juré is a small village in the countryside. You will find a small artisanal bakery, a restaurant in the old mill (still in operation) dating from the 1600s and serving meals based on local products and vegetables from their garden, a small playground and the old tourist viaduct. You can walk in the countryside, in the woods, visit the local villages, ruins of the castle of Cornes d'Urfé, enjoy the local cuisine, rent a boat or kayak at the port of Bully, visit an educational farm from Bessy to Cordelle or go skiing in winter. The main shops: shops, restaurants, banks, post office, pharmacies, doctors, outdoor swimming pool, bars, are in the neighboring village (Saint Just En Chevalet) A lake with a beach is located in Noirétable (15 min drive) and the large lake of Villerest with a beach and pedal boat rental (30 min drive). In winter, enjoy ski resorts: Chalmazel (downhill skiing), Lavoine (Nordic skiing).
