Bienvenue dans mon studio de Bessans dans une région magnifique que j ai plaisir à vous faire découvrir à travers cette location. Le studio est confortable, au calme et au pied des pistes de ski de fond, chemin de randonnée, arrêt du car près de la résidence.Commerces à proximité.
Je suis un particulier qui met à votre disposition ce studio fort agréable. N étant pas sur place, je vous indiquerai une semaine avant votre arrivée l endroit où vous devrez récupérer les clés et auprès de quelle personne.Puis, je vous adresserai le plan d accès à l appartement ou vous expliquerai par téléphone. A votre départ maximum 10h, vous devrez remettre les clés au même endroit que le lieu de la prise en charge. Si aucun dégats n est constaté votre cheque de caution ne sera pas encaissé. Si les conditions de reception et retour des clés ne vous conviennent pas rien ne vous empeche de louer avec un autre proprietaire , je précise ne pas etre une agence immobilière et ne pas être sur place et que cette solution fonctionne tres bien j aurai pu mettre un systeme de boite à clés mais beaucoup trop impersonnel à mon gout.
Magnifique endroit dans le village montagnard situé à 1750m d'altitude l'enneigement est assuré.
