Beautiful 2-star T1 located in Les Carmes (very central, quiet). You can stay there or work remotely for three nights or more. Air-conditioned in the summer, you will benefit from a separate entrance so you can feel free to arrive (from 2 p.m.) or depart (until 11 a.m.). The studio is fully equipped, you will have high-speed Wi-Fi with fiber optics. Access to a small private paid parking space. Fiber Wi-Fi speed 343 Mbps The studio is exclusively reserved for people who have made and paid for the reservation. It is a tourist stay without the right to remain in the premises. Departure must be before 11 a.m. Thank you for your understanding.
You will be welcome in my studio that I put at your disposal. We started, with my husband, to use the Booking platform, in 2013, during our trips to the USA. Everything worked perfectly and I was inspired by the quality of reception and accommodation to be as close as possible to your requests, for your greatest comfort. I am discreet since you have chosen the independent entrance, but very responsive to your requests by whattsapp or phone, if I can answer you. You will find a welcome brochure with a lot of information (I send you by whattsapp my personal guide book from Toulouse city. You will find flyers and a map of the city, which you can keep. You will enjoy strolling in our beautiful city rose, and we hope you like it as much as we do...
The quartier des Carmes, where the studio is located, is quiet and full of charm. Going down the small street, Descente de la Halle aux Poissons, you continue 400 m, along the Garonnette, which flows (if it wants to that day). As soon as you see the tapas restaurant "la Tantina de Burgos", you have arrived. You have two metro stations near the studio, Esquirol or Les Carmes. You have a tram station "Ile du Ramier" 6 minutes from the studio, on foot. Go for a stroll on the rue des Filatiers side, (6 mins walk by taking the stairs, just to the right after the bridge. You will find a host of restaurants with multiple flavors, young atmosphere assured. (I will send you my guide book as soon as your reservation made) You can do your shopping at the Carmes covered market, very good local and quality products. You will find two very good bakeries / patisseries near the market. The Marty butcher's shop (excellent matured meat and its famous Toulouse sausage) is located on Rue des Filatiers. You are 7 minutes from Place Esquirol and 14 minutes from Place du Capitole... In 5 minutes on foot, you are on the banks of the Garonne passing under the bridge.
