It’s a pretty modern house in a quiet area on a fully enclosed plot of 680m2, the house is bright and receives the sun all afternoon. You can lie in the garden on deckchairs on your return from the beach or have an aperitif on the terrace by lighting the barbeque. There are also 3 bicycles available free of charge (2 adults and 1 for teenagers) as well as a series of scooters and tricycles for the little ones. The house has fibre internet for high-speed connections.
Passionate about Brittany and its riches, my role is to help you discover the places according to your interests, I provide many addresses of sites and restaurants that are as many places to discover for cultural or romantic getaways. I am available to advise you on your excursions or the visits you wish to make. The beaches and small sheltered coves are numerous and some close to the house.
The neighbourhood is called Lanriec and is attached to Concarneau, it is very quiet, there is a tobacco bar, a bakery and a butcher close to a pretty Breton church. A supermarket is 5 minutes away by car. If you like hiking, a nearby marked trail allows you to radiate in the area on foot or by bike.
