In search of calm for your holidays, rest and relaxation, stop here at Fargues, a small village of Chalosse-Tursan between St Sever and Grenade sur Adour. The June cottage surrounded by fields of maize, is adjoining the owner, not overlooked. It offers you: - a spacious living room with fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, 3 induction hobs, electric oven, microwave), living room with TV area and 3 sofas, living room with dining table - The sleeping area offers 2 bedrooms (1 bed in 140 and 1 bed in 160), - a bathroom with Italian shower, - separate toilets. You have a garage housing the washing machine, with the possibility of entering a vehicle. Courtyard with stones, garden furniture, barbecue and parasol. Cultivation of corn around the cottage, with possible passage of the owner on the bottom of the ground. Oak on the ground, access to the gîte by stony path. A child or teenager on convertible accepted. The price does not included: -sheets (rental possible)- shower linen (rental possible) - housework - heating consumption (extra depending on actual consumption) Pets are forbidden
