The Jumapi house is located on the 1st floor of an old house from the 70s renovated in two parts:
The JUMAPI house (on the 1st floor, accessible by a staircase independent of the apartment):
- a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and the dining room:

* microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker and nespresso, toaster
* refrigerator, freezer
- the dining room and the living room: a large bright living room opening onto the garden and a large wooden terrace with a view of the swimming pool.
- a 140 x 190 sofa bed in the living room
- a bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE Bed 160 x 200 (possibility of 2 children beds 80 x 190 on request)
- a bedroom with a KING SIZE bed 180 x 200
- a shower room
- a separate toilet
- access by a staircase to the laundry room in the garage with washing machine
The Exteriors:
- a wooden terrace accessible from the living room of the house
- an outdoor dining area with gas barbecue
