Kermartin is a spacious family home with a large garden and lawn. The sea view is omnipresent, each living room has at least one window with a sea view, the western orientation offers magnificent sunsets. Inside, the spaces are vast, the entrance is through the veranda and then serves on one side a bright living room with fireplace and on the other a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor, the night space includes 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. Ideal for a stay with friends or family by the sea.
