Welcome to Aubertine, Located in Beaune intramural, between the Town Hall and the Theater, the Aubertine is a ground floor apartment of 100 m2, composed of 2 bedrooms and their bathroom, a living room , a dining room and a kitchen. A small private courtyard of 20 m2 complete this distribution. During its renovation we had the concern to make a comfortable home, modern and warm, while preserving the character and charm of the old. Shops, restaurants, pubs, prestigious wine houses are within 5 minutes walk. Only the charming Théâtre de Verdure separates you from the Claude Lelouch Cinema Workshops, a renowned training center, cinema and swimming pool. The Aubertine can accommodate 4 people. Its 2 bedrooms have 2 large beds (160 x 200 cm) one of which can be installed in a configuration of 2 beds of 80 x 200. They each have their own bathroom and enjoy all the comforts for a stay short or long term. A cot can be added on request. The equipment is provided so that your life on site is easy and pleasant: washing machine, dryer. In the kitchen, refrigerator, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, TV and of course ... wifi! You are here with us, like at home! The inner courtyard adjacent to the kitchen allows for coffee or lunch "fresh". His olive and hydrangeas will delight your eyes ..
