Come and stay at Our Charming property which is located in the Normandy countryside and is full of rustic charm. Enjoy a large garden for playing and relaxing. With a large trampoline, patio area and lawn. The newly added games room is fun for all with a pool table and darts. A fabulous place for adults and children. A great base for seeing all the delights that Normandy has to offer... The downstairs of the Gite opens on to the garden where the pool and trampoline are. There is an outside seating area and BBQ. It has an open plan kitchen with dinning table table and steps into the lounge, which has comfortable seating, a lovely real log fire and flat screen TV with English and French channels. Off the kitchen is a newly added games room with Pool table and darts. Perfect for family fun:) Up stairs there is a bright and airy hallway leading to the kingsize bedroom which boasts a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, twin room with views of the garden, Bathroom with shower
Owners attached, which is bonus! As we are here to help with anything, answer your Questions, Guide and advice you with where to go. We will have the fires alight and ready for you in the winter.
Located 4km from the local Market town of Sourdeval, Which has 2 small supermarkets, Boulangeries, Bars, Cafes and park with picnic area. Its a short Walk to the "Avenue Verte" An old railway track used for walking a cycling. Its goes all the way to Le Mont saint Michel 72km! Or a beautiful summer 5 km stroll or cycle to Sourdeval. Breathtaking beautifully clear night skys for Star Gazing!! And a log burner for those chilly nights. WiFi available throughout the Gite and garden.
