Who are we : We are a couple in their thirties, parents of two young children, anxious to offer the best possible stay to our visitors. My wife, Elisa, a teacher in retraining as an interior designer, is doing her first tests in our AirBnbs. The apartment: Bright and cosy, this 2-bedroom apartment is located in the "new town" district of Metz. Located on the 2nd floor of a recent building, it can accommodate 5 people and has a small balcony. Non-smoking apartment, Wifi (fiber), fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with a TV (NETFLIX), a bathroom and a washing machine. Ideally located, the station, the city center, and the lake are accessible in a few minutes on foot.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood: The destruction of the medieval ramparts by the Germans, in 1903, allowed the creation of new districts, in particular that of the Imperial district, also called New City. This district stretches from the limits of Montigny les Metz to Metz station, passing through Ste Thérèse to the edge of the canal. Once parked, the easiest way is to walk to reach the station or the city center. It is also possible to take the cycle path that passes at the level of the Avenue de Nancy or to go there by car, joining the many car parks in the city center. Bus stops are also available 50 m from the residence.
