Your vacation rental is spread over two levels. On the ground floor: Large living room with lounge and fitted kitchen, one bedroom (1 queen-size bed) and its en-suite bathroom (shower), and separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) and (2 single beds), bathroom (bathtub and toilet). Pantry connecting to a laundry area and ping-pong table. Outside: Private grounds of approximately 700 m² currently being developed.

In less than 5 minutes, you will reach the main roads to visit either the Pink Granite Coast (Perros Guirec 45 minutes away) or the Penthièvre Coast with the renowned resorts of Pléneuf Val André, Erquy, Cap Fréhel and St Malo... Much closer to your holiday home, you will enjoy strolling in Guingamp (7 km) in this town of character which is distinguished by its half-timbered houses and its football stadium.
