Charming renovated stone bastide on the border between the Landes and the Pyrénées Atlantique, in the heart of the Saintt-Mont vineyards (Gers). A comfortable pied-à-terre for 8 people with a 15m XL heated swimming pool, summer kitchen with plancha, TV in all bedrooms with air conditioning, a wooded and fenced garden right in the middle of our private and unspoilt meadows, all with an incredible view of the Pyrenees! On site, we've put all our expertise into making this house as comfortable as possible. With an interior surface area of 250m2, you'll find 4 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bathrooms. The small living room with its giant smart TV screen, sofas and wood-burning stove welcomes you from the entrance and leads to the kitchen and dining area for 8 people. Fully equipped, the kitchen has a central island with a marble worktop and all the utensils you need to cook with pleasure and conviviality. Another large lounge is available on the ground floor, for indoor aperitifs, with another wood-burning stove and direct access to our rear terrace, which offers one of the most beautiful views of the Pyrenees in the department. Upstairs, all our bedrooms are equipped with smart TV, air conditioning and beds with thick, very comfortable, top-quality Epeda mattresses! The cotton satin sheets are soft beyond compare... Outside, you'll enjoy an inner courtyard with garden furniture and outdoor dining areas, one of which is sheltered under the old barn and includes a summer kitchen with built-in griddle, worktops, smeg fridge and, of course, tables and chairs. The inner courtyard and shed are lit at night. As is the XL swimming pool. Similar to a swimming corridor (15m x 4 m. Flat bottom at 1.20/1.40m), it is open from mid-April to mid-October, depending on the weather. Water heating is included throughout the opening season (except July and August when the water is already warm).
