Welcome to my French idyll in rural western france, it’s a 3 story stone barn conversion set on 3 floors, it has 3 bedrooms consisting of a master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and a king size bed, and bedroom number 2 has a double bed with lovely oak and stone walls the 3rd bedroom has twin beds and also has a vaulted ceiling, the lounge has a large wood burner and doors leading out to a large raised deck with uninterrupted views over the 5 aces of land which has a path leading down to a small lake with an observation deck, the barn has a well appointed kitchen and separate dining room area complete with a second wood burner, the outside has a barbecue, garden furniture and a large area of off street parking, around the property is great for cycling, waking, hiking, fishing etc.
La Bellangerie is a short distance from the pretty village of colombier du plessis and also one of Frances best gardens the garden of jardin de renaudes, the town of gorron is a short distance further on and has all the amenities you would need including bar’s, restaurants, swimming pools and supermarkets etc and a weekly farmers market and all the banks, chemists and all the other shops you might require 🇫🇷 further on is the riverside town of Ambrieres , with the park de losirs great for the children with cycling along the loire , kayaking , canoeing , fishing etc
