The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this attractive 17th century half-timbered house in the heart of the historic center of Dinan, which can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Towels, sheets and wifi included, we're waiting for you! The house is composed as follows: First floor: - Living room with armchairs, coffee table and TV - Fully equipped open kitchen: oven, microwave, hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher. Second floor: - Bedroom 1: double bed 160 x 190 cm, chest of drawers. - Bathroom with shower and WC Second floor : - Bedroom 2: Two single beds (80 x 190cm) that can be combined into a double bed. Other comments: - The wooden staircase leading to the rooms is a little steep. - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Housekeeping is included in your stay, and you'll find 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival.
