This charming 50 m² apartment in Semécourt can accommodate up to 7 guests. It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a 25 m² garden. Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: Ground floor : - A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Dining area First floor : - A 20 m² living room with TV and 2 convertible sofa beds - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 single bed (90×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron. Exterior (south-facing) : - A shared 10 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. - 25 m² shared, unfenced garden Other remarks : - Bed linen included. Towels are not included and can be supplied on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
