Catherine, the owner, will be delighted to welcome you to her charming cottage, an old farmhouse dating from the beginning of the 20th century, completely renovated. This cottage, adjoining the owner's sewing workshop and her residence, will offer you a pleasant, relaxing and cozy setting. It has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet, in addition to a large independent bathroom for even more comfort. Outside, a vast redesigned garden awaits you, ideal for moments of relaxation. A few steps away, discover Les Sables d'Or les Pins, with its dunes, its immense beach, its 18-hole golf course, its equestrian center, its tennis courts, as well as its new nautical center.
