    “Het huis is prima geschikt voor een grote familie. Het huis voorziet alles wat je nodig hebt. Het zwembad is een grote surplus, maar vooral het uitzicht in de tuin naar het natuurgebied is onbetaalbaar !”

Agence Cocoonr offers you this magnificent 350 m² longère for rent in Theix à Noyalo, overlooking the entrance to the gulf and not overlooked, with a heated swimming pool (from April 28 to September 30). It can accommodate up to 14 people. It features an attractive 60 m² living room (with fireplace), fully-equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 4,000 m² garden. The accommodation is composed as follows: - 60 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not supplied) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine... - Six bedrooms with 5 queen-size beds (160×200), 2 single beds and 1 double sofa bed - Four bathrooms with shower and bath - Three separate WCs For added convenience: pellet barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A 10 x 4 m swimming pool (private, heated) open from April 28 to September 30. - A beautiful 4,000 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather - Pellet barbecue - table soccer and table tennis available Other remarks : - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
