Large living room of 47 m², veranda, well equipped modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, air conditioned 2 (bedroom 1: master suite with private bath and bed 160 cm x 200 cm Bedroom 2: bed 140 cm x 200 cm) Bedroom 3: 3 90 cm x 200 cm beds with trundle, a shower room, garage. Baby equipment (cot with mattress and high chair + changing mat + pot). Water softener Satellite TV, DVD player, DVDs, board games, high speed internet, wifi 70 m² terrace with barbecue and heated salt pool (8 x 4 m) protected by a solar powered security cover. A departing inventory will be done at the end of the stay. A contract agreement must be signed between the owner and the guest. Please note the pool is closed from October to March included. It is heated the rest of the year.
