800 meters from the village of Chabrières D’avignon, in the heart of Provence, located in a luxury residential area, we offer you this magnificent property of 225m2 on a plot of 2500m2 that can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. La Chaleureuse is one of the little secret paradises of the Lubéron, a privileged setting for an unforgettable stay with family or friends. The entrance opens onto a living room and its boudoir with careful decoration. A very beautiful equipped Provencal kitchen enlarges the spaces: professional oven, induction hob, American fridge, dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer are in the laundry room. The summer dining room is supported by another indoor dining room. La Chaleureuse is composed of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. - Master bedroom: 160 cm bed + shower room - Bedrooms 2 and 3: double bed (160 and 140) - Bedroom 4: sofa bed - Bathroom + separate shower and toilet The enclosed garden offers access to the property through a closed gate, there is a beautiful 10-meter swimming pool surrounded by deckchairs. A shaded terrace and a summer dining room equipped with a barbecue will be popular places during your stay. The fully enclosed property offers a beautiful view of the Luberon. The serenity that this place exudes is fabulous and it is a pleasure for everyone to stay there for a few days or weeks.
