4 km from AUBETERRE SUR DRONNE, one of the most beautiful villages in FRANCE with its monolithic church (underground) and its natural beach, come and discover the magnificent view, 30 km around, from this very beautiful studio, next to a very large truffle farm, on the heights of the village of BONNES. It is very well equipped, with access via a 15m2 outdoor terrace, set in wooded grounds and a landscaped garden surrounding a 12mx6mx2.8m (deep) swimming pool. The owners will be happy to welcome you and prepare a continental breakfast to invigorate you for the day. As a motorcyclist himself, the owner will provide you with a secure garage with all the equipment you need for overnight storage of your motorbikes and bicycles. A must-see: 1 hour from ANGOULEME, BORDEAUX and PERIGUEUX.
