Magnificent fully furnished studio apartment of 30 m2, consisting of a bedroom open to the living room, very well located in a quiet and secure residence, with an exceptional view of the mountain "la Rhune", private garden opening onto a beautiful sunny terrace facing south, also shaded, 10 minutes walk from the beach of Milady, the Ilbarritz golf course, 5 minutes walk from the Equestrian Center, the protected natural site of Lake Mouriscot and close to the heart of Biarritz city 5 minutes by car, hotel school 1km away, beach, sea and forest nearby 5 minutes walk, secure private parking, swimming pool, sofa bed in the entrance, very comfortable studio, large double bed in the living room. Assigned parking space number 42 or visitor space V, quiet residence well located, soundproofed, comfortable fully furnished apartment, Netflix, fiber included. Beautiful terrace, beautiful view of the mountain, swimming pool, sea, beach, golf, equestrian club, forest nearby.
