The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 3-star-rated duplex apartment in an 18th-century barn for rent, with uninterrupted views of the mountains and Matemale lake. Ski resort within walking distance! Wifi (fibre optics), games for children. We're waiting for you! GROUND FLOOR : - A 22 m² living room with sofas, TV with free Netflix and dining area. - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, raclette and fondue set, Tassimo coffee machine... 1ST FLOOR : - Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 2: two bunk beds. - Bedroom 3: two single beds on a mezzanine level, accessible via a Japanese staircase from bedroom 2. - Bathroom with shower and WC. OUTSIDE : - An 8 m² south-facing private terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather, accessible from the shared courtyard. - A secure ski and bike room, shared with the adjoining accommodation, with tumble dryer and large private fridge-freezer. Other remarks: - Household linen (fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats, tea towels and hand towels) is not included. They can be provided on request, for a supplement of e20/person (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
