Unique in Gannat, ideally located in the heart of the city, a fully renovated house with unique design touches on 3 floors for up to 10 people. Comfortable (central heating, bathrooms, wc, Wifi ....), it includes on the ground floor a spacious living space (kitchen and living room / dining room). On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms including a master suite, 2 bathrooms, WC. On the 2nd floor, a spacious loft style apartment with a kitchen as well. The house has been renovated to provide a unique experience of coliving, each floor being dedicated to a space and a lifestyle: on the ground floor, a vast living room opened on a fully equipped kitchen and dining space to be shared for both appartments. On the 1st floor, an apartment with 2 bedrooms including a master suite and 2 bathrooms. On the second floor, a loft that can accommodate up to 4 people.

Neighbourhood information

Located in the city center and close to the train station, the Grande Maison Gannat offers you a welcoming setting with a garden. Gannat is a little known town but very well located for exploring Bourbonnais, the Sioule valley or the many culinary stops.
