Located in a quiet yet central location, 300m from shops and just 500m from the banks of the Loire, this house offers a unique experience, perfect for those seeking relaxation and tranquility while being close to must-see attractions. The house features a mezzanine bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the main room. Bed and bath linens are provided and laundered to meet health and safety standards. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and heated towel rail. 3-in-1 shower gel and body lotion are provided for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, large refrigerator, electric oven, and all necessary utensils (dish towel provided). The exposed beams create a warm and soothing atmosphere, complemented by a reversible heating and air conditioning system for your comfort all year round. Relax in the 100 m² private garden or on the terrace shaded by a pergola adorned with kiwi trees.
