Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 40 m² living room with sofas, coffee table, desk and TV - A built-in kitchen, equipped with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and dining area - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with canal views - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) - New bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and heated towel rail - A separate WC Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - The entrance to the inner courtyard is narrow and not suitable for wide vehicles (dimensions: 2.50 m wide and 3.70 m long). - Pets accepted, for an extra charge of e15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
