Functional and spacious flat in a recent and quiet secured residence close to - Meaux train station (10min walk), - the town centre (5min on foot), - Disneyland Paris (25min by bus / 20min by car). This fully equipped 40m2 flat has a bedroom, a semi-open kitchen on a living room opening directly on a 5m2 balcony facing west. Very bright and located on the courtyard side, its bay window offers a nice view on a green nature.
As a professional in the luxury hospitality industry for 10 years, I would like to welcome you in my home as I did in the establishments where I worked, or at least in the same spirit of quality service that I consider essential. Quiet and recent residential area, not far from the town centre and the Meaux train station, but also a stone's throw from the Patis park and the Meaux "beach" where it is pleasant to walk. The Marne river is nearby. Very easy to get around in the area. There are cycle paths and free parking spaces on the avenue and along the Marne.
