La Maison 64 Chambre DHôtes is a stylish town house in the village of Barbaste, 7km from the historic royal city of Nérac. We offer Bed and Breakfast for short or longer stays for up to six guests. We have two large double rooms and a twin room, each with ensuite modern bathrooms Each bedroom is decorated in its own charming and unique style be it traditional boudoir, boho or romantic. Outside you can swim or relax by the pool or in the Mediterranean style courtyard garden. If you prefer the shade there is a large seating area for our guests to share. Barbaste is the gateway to the Landes Forest with its avenues of pine trees stretching as far as the eye can see. Perhaps this area is best known for its beautiful medieval bastide towns such as Vianne, Forcès and Lamontjoie. In the village of Babaste we have a lively bar, a pizzeria and a gastronomic restaurant Le Moulin des Saveurs. If you are interested in tasting the regional dishes, our local restaurants offer the famous foie gras, cassoulet and magret de canard accompanied by the local Buzet wine and a glass of Armagnac brandy.

La Maison 64 is situated in the centre of the historic village of Barbaste in the Lot et Garonne. It boasts the famous medieval Moulin des Tours and its Roman Bridge, the largest fortified mill in France.# The bustling tourist market town Nérac is just 7km away from La Maison 64. With it’s ancient cobbled streets, lively bars and restaurants and a royal Château, you cannot help but be seduced by it’s beauty and charm. Our village is also well served for restaurants despite it being small. La Maisonette 64 is a five minute stroll to the centre of the village where you can enjoy a cold beer or glass of wine in the local bar-cafe, eat an excellent pizza at restaurant La Venitia or sample the local gastronomy in the fine dining restaurant Le Moulin des Saveurs. If you enjoy sporting activities there is the splendid 18 hole Albret Golf Club in Barbaste as well as the largest horse riding centre in the South West Pôle-Hippique Lou Chibaou and the nature activities centre at Cap Cauderoue
