Bienvenue dans notre grande maison familiale de 218 m² à Cuzion, un cocon niché en pleine nature avec un accès direct et privé au lac d'Éguzon grâce à son ponton (pente raide). Idéal pour les amoureux de la nature et les familles nombreuses, le logement peut accueillir jusqu’à 10 personnes. 🏡 Composition du logement : Rez-de-chaussée : 1 chambre avec lit double, salle d'eau, WC séparé, une grande cuisine entièrement équipée et un salon lumineux donnant sur une terrasse avec vue imprenable sur le lac. Sous-sol : espace de loisirs avec table de ping-pong, fléchettes, et accès à un canoë (gilets de flottaison fournis). Une seconde terrasse au bord de l’eau complète ce niveau. Les deux terrasses sont reliées par un escalier sécurisé (enfants/animaux).
