We offer you a comfortable, quiet stay, just 15km from Mont de Marsan. Here, you are on the borders of Landes, Gers and Lot-et Garonne, in the Bas-Armagnac sector. There you will discover the bastides, the numerous Floc and Armagnac production sites, the walks as well as the Gascon traditions and good living. In a peaceful and quiet setting, in the heart of the Landes forest with a pond, we offer you an ideal rental for 2 people. Adjoining our personal home, this gîte benefits private access with parking and terrace not overlooked. Built on one level, it is composed a living room with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4 induction hobs, mini-oven grill, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment), a lounge area (convertible BZ sofa), a dining area, a bedroom (1 140x190 bed), a bathroom with toilet (Italian shower), Electric heating. A private outdoor laundry room is available with washing machine. For your comfort, sheets, towels and household linen are provided, as is WIFI Internet access. Baby equipment can be requested: travel cot and high chair. 2 mountain bikes available. The price does not included: heating consumption (price/day) - housework
