In the Normandy countryside and 1 km from the town center, this old farmhouse has been renovated for a family-friendly stay. On the ground floor, an entrance opens to the right into a large dining room (large buffet, table, sink, dishwasher, extractor hood, hob, microwave) and a utility room (gas stove, extractor hood, sink). To the left, it opens into a large living room (large screen TV, 2 sofas) and a bathroom (shower cubicle, toilet, and washing machine). A beautiful staircase leads to the first floor with a large bedroom (double bed (180 cm) and a single bed (80 cm) with an ensuite shower, toilet, and sink. A double bedroom (130 cm bed) and a single bedroom (90 cm). On the landing, a shower room with sink and a toilet and sink. Numerous frames and engravings further add to the natural charm of this house and its location. Outside, a large terrace extends into a beautiful lawn and flowers. Table and chairs for outdoor dining.
