Discover this fully renovated duplex apartment, ideally located in the heart of Vernonnet, just one minute from the Château des Tourelles and a five-minute bike ride from Vernon train station and its town center. We are a twelve-minute bike ride from the Claude Monet Museum in Giverny, with a bike path in front of the apartment. You have access to a courtyard for bicycle parking or free parking in front of the apartment. Sheets and towels are provided. This duplex apartment includes a living room with a fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, and kettle. A double sofa bed with a smart TV completes the living room. An adjoining bathroom is equipped with a heated towel rail, double sinks, and a hairdryer. Upstairs, a bedroom features a king-size bed (180x200), a clothes rack, and a chest of drawers, along with a smart TV. High-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi is available. An outdoor courtyard is available, with a barbecue and outdoor furniture.
