Property information

Make the most of this flat, which boasts incredible views over Dinard, Saint-Malo and Saint-Servan. Overlooking a park and the sea, this 70m² flat is located at the heart of the ‘Résidence de la Ronceray’. It comprises two separate bedrooms, each opening onto a huge balcony of over 30 metres that runs around the flat. Well-equipped and very comfortable for 4 people. Cleaning costs are included in the price and include all household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels). Baby facilities available for those traveling with their families (subject to availability). Please note that bed linen is not provided for the cot.
