The arrival day, please collect your key at VAL THORENS IMMOBILIER office, Grande Rue, residence des 3 Vallées. Our office is situated 100 meters up after the church on your right, opposite SHERPA supermarket. Opening hours: every day from 9am to 12am and 4pm until 7pm. In case of late arrival please contact in advance VAL THORENS IMMOBILIER in order to organize your arrival. (You can find our phone number and email address on “Val Thorens Immobilier” website). - Please, note that BED LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION. Similarly, towels are not included, but you can rent it at the laundry service Loc Linge, which is really near from us. - The wifi offered by the station (depending on the network coverage), named "ICI VAL THORENS", is accessible at the "Maison de Val Thorens" tourism office. - The city tax has to be paid directly at the agency. - Val Thorens is a semi-pedestrian station, so the car park is COMPULSORY.
