The suites can be occupied separately, as a bed and breakfast, or the two suites can be rented simultaneously as guest house offering all the facilities and comfort for an independent stay.

The manor house of "La Vielle Bouverie" is a beautiful seventeenth-century rural dwelling built of white tufa stone and slate, typical of the banks of the Loire, enriched in the nineteenth century by elegant outbuildings in a more Renaissance style. The property is less than 15 minutes from Angers, between Bouchemaine and Savennières, and five minutes from the Loire and its precious vineyards. Opposite the dwelling, surrounded by the old stables and a small tower, a guest house with all its privacy has been luxuriously converted to accommodate our guests. Approx. 170m2 in size, it comprises a large living room on the ground floor and two luxurious suites with bedroom, shower room and WC on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in July 2023 in a resolutely refined style that reflects our desire for light and serenity and highlights the noble materials of the site. With no neighbours, the property is surrounded by two hectares of parkland, orchards, old moats and a pretty formal garden. The suites can be occupied separately, as a bed and breakfast, or together with the whole house for a completely independent option.
