    Life is about little details, and this house has plenty of them. It is not made «  just for renting » . You feel confortable in a well planned place for living. Great decoration. 10/10

## The space Nestled in the heart of a beautiful green environment, come and enjoy the crystal-clear waters of Lake Paladru! Our ground-floor apartment in a 1960s architect-designed house will charm you with its prime lakeside location. You will have a choice of swimming spots: the subdivision's beach, equipped with an offshore raft for fun (marked in yellow on the map, 50 meters away), or Bilieu beach, open only to municipal campsite guests and local residents (badge provided, marked in red on the map, less than a 5-minute walk away). We provide our 2 paddle boards with lake circulation permits and life jackets. For bike lovers, the bike path passes at the end of the street. For hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts, multiple trails are available around the lake or in the Chartreuse. Practically speaking, Charavines, with its market, local shops, and restaurants, is 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike/scooter, and 20 minutes on foot via the Bois d'Amour path along the lake. LAC CASA 60’ features a separate gate with 2 private parking spaces. With a covered terrace of over 60 m2, you can enjoy a plancha area, a relaxing garden lounge, and a large family table to share meals with a lake view. Our small enclosed garden on the side of the house with a swing, tomato plants, and aromatic herbs is open to you. Completely renovated in the spirit of the 1960s, the apartment offers 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200, 1 bathroom, and 1 separate WC. The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dining table. A living room with a comfortable convertible sofa (160 x 200), TV, and a telework area with fiber connection completes the picture. The supply of tea towels and bath mats is included in the cleaning charge. Beds are made up on arrival: please specify when booking if the sofa bed will be used.
