Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it consists of a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of approximately 150 m². Wi-Fi included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 45 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×200) - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×200) - Bedroom 3: with two single beds (90x200) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A private, enclosed garden of around 150 m² - A terrace with furniture for enjoying sunny days Other remarks: - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner).
